Want/Need: Rethinking dance is an intervention introducing the artistic research and co-production endeavours in the frame of the E-Motional: rethinking dance programme and of the ZonaD studio in Bucharest. A platform for reflection, workshops and debates on the history and theory of contemporary dance and performance art, in an attempt to offer the audience a context for the performances produced and/or presented in Romania and to contribute to the development of critical perspectives and discourses connected to them.
