The impact of digital technologies on day to day life forces us to speak about a real “digital turn”. Data translation of the analogic spectrum in digital codes allows us to bring to common denominator different elements that compose the surrounding environment. If the issue of the image has been until recently central in the aesthetic discourse, digital technologies are about to bring important changes. Taking as starting point a series of installations and performances that use interactive technologies, we will try to define a few phenomenological aspects of electronic arts and we will follow the relation which establishes between the visual, sonorous and tactile perception.
