About the artists
La Ribot, born Maria Ribot in Madrid in 1962, is a choreographer and performer, in addition to being a visual artist and video artist. She gained fame in the world of theatre through her performances concerning the codes of striptease and burlesque, and the reality projects 40 espontaneos, in which she broke the boundaries between audience and performer.
