We find ourselves in a critical point within the performative arts: we question the methods through which the independent artists reach the people, groups and the topics which they re-present or they simply give them voice on the stage. We wish to create a common space in which to reflect upon the process of creating the performative act.

We bring together social sciences researchers in dialogue with the artists presented in our festival through informal discussions as new channels of communication, in this way having more flexible boundaries of the disciplines in today’s context.
