Fraierilor [Losers] is a book about civic involvement and about the way through which culture can lead to major mentality changes in a community and, implicitly, to social changes. At the same time, it is an original literary testimony of the author who has directly documented, both as a journalist as well as by active engagement, the cultural actions and social movements in Cluj, Romania, and in the Romanian communities from abroad, for more than a decade.
About the artists
Mihai Goțiu – journalist and writer; ex editor-in-chief at the newspapers Clujeanul, Ziarul Clujeanului and Viața Clujeanului, at the moment editorial coordinator of the portal România Curată (Clean Romania), author of the book Afacerea Roșia Montană [The Roșia Montană Affair].
