Fotbal + societate presents movies and documentation about the representation of women in football, on the field and in the stands, as well as a discussion with players from CFF Olimpia Cluj about the context of women’s football. CFF Olimpia Cluj is a women’s football club founded in 2010 and is the most successful club in recent history, winning the Romanian Cup and Superleague in all years from its inception.

Corner. Fotbal + societate is a publication which frames the intersection of football with various knowledge forms and social aspects: recent history, anthropology, art, contemporary dance, gender roles, social movements, subcultures, aesthetics, economy, relationships with authority, privatization, identity. It is a project initiated by Dana Andrei, Raluca Voinea and Sorin Popescu.
