ShortsUP is all about creating memorable experiences around the best short films in the world, once a month, in Romania’s largest cities. We integrate shorts in a series of fun and elaborated events which are a mix of genuine cinema, live music, art exhibitions, installations and latest technology. Thus, we aim to create a much needed distribution platform for short films in the context of a highly dynamic film industry. ShortsUP is implemented in Cluj through UzinaDuzina Association, which is organizer of alternative events involving new media, urban art and related arts, using both digital and analogue elements.
